14-day money-back guarantee

If AnswrForge isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan. This applies once per customer.

Renewals and upgrades

Monthly renewals after the first payment are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you upgrade, Paddle charges the difference for the rest of the period. If a renewal charge happened by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will review it.

Add-ons

Extra prompt packs and other add-ons follow the same 14-day rule from the date of purchase.

Service problems

If a serious fault on our side stopped you using AnswrForge for a significant part of a billing period, contact us and we will offer a fair partial refund or credit.

How to ask for a refund

Our orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Request a refund at paddle.net or by replying to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
